Ingredients: Fresh eggs and bread
Separate the egg whites from yolks in 2 different bowls
Beating the eggs white until fluffy (cloud-like)
Spread the mixture on the bread and leave a hole in the middle for the yolk
Add the yolk in the middle of the “cloud”
cook them in the oven at 160 degree celsius for five minutes

Lemon Ginger Water
Ingredients: Lemon, ginger, raw honey, water
Clean the lemon and don’t peel the whole lemon.
Chop the lemons in slices.
Chop the ginger into slices
Add the ginger slices into the boiling water
Pouring the hot ginger water into a jar
Add the lemon slices into the jar mix with the ginger water
Add some raw honey.
Wait for 10 minutes
Ready to drink
Don’t peel the whole lemon, keep 1/4 or 1/5 lemon skin to retain the rich source of nutrients.
Mix the lemons into the warm water under 60 degree Celsius to avoid losing the vitamin C.
