Health Benefits and tips:
  1. Nutrition expert, Donald Layman, recommends consuming at least 30g protein for breakfast. Do it for two to three whole eggs (each egg has 6g protein) keeps the blood sugar level steady and keep you feel full longer without eating more carbohydrates in hunger.  High protein diet enables people to eat less and feel more capable of controlling their appetites from gaining weight.
  2. Consume the fresh eggs.  Don’t store the raw eggs in the fridge for more than 30days.
  3. Storing the eggs pointy side down get your eggs last longer and avoid the gems get through into the eggs from the pores on the pointy side.
