There is no better way to show mutual appreciation than to tell someone how much you care. Gratitude is the positive energy that fulfills your heart with gratefulness. How to practice gratitude? Be thankful 100 times a day! Be thankful for those people giving your opportunities; Be thankful for those people giving your knowledge; Be thankful for your friends and partners who are always be with you no matter what; Be thankful for God’s blessing to allow you to enjoy all things that happened to you. So that we can transform the focus from negativity to our inner joy of abundance.
