Why do most people not successful? We’re human to preoccupy with fear, self-doubt and tend to choose short-term or short-cut. The in-between you get your work done and do your best work is the determinant of success and failure. And we'll go through the five stages of development as follows: 1. KnowingWe obtain the knowledge and information via media, schools, people interaction. It’s a matter of inputting the resources like a sponge. For instances, when I decide to run my business, I should learn sales and marketing, product sourcing and production, communication, finance, warehousing, and so on. 2. ApplyTake action to verify what we had learned. For instances, you can’t learn to ride a bicycle by reading videos and books. Instead, you ride a real bike, step your feet on the pedals, balancing your body to move forward. 3. UnderstandNow you understand the basic rule to make it work via success and failure. You might stumble up and down when you apply what you had learned. You get the point about what makes it work or not. Understand the cause and effect, and identify the critical part that contributes to the success. 4. SmoothYou find out what is working yesterday is not working today. There are blockages under different situations and conditions. You suffer failure again and again. And then spiral up the process of failures, reviews, adjustments, and breakthroughs, continuously. What you're going to do is figuring out solutions to deal with different kinds of scenarios so that you can work smoothly to settle nearly all sorts of blockages. Are you done? Not really. This stage is the most dangerous to make you feel spiritual pride used to judging and criticizing others. The world is changing every day. You’ll never know what could happen tomorrow. 5. Transform/Level-UpNeither success nor failure can overwhelm your emotions. Win and loss do not matter to you anymore. Imagine you master the skill to make a great deal of money, and make a million more are simply numbers. And one day, when you lost all your money overnight, you know you can get over it and start everything again. Even if you can’t, it’s okay because you know you have already done your best. No doubt easier said than done. I’m still learning in all aspects of my life. We need to have a great deal of curiosity, courage, persistence, discipline, faith, and luck to go through all stages of development.
Cheers and good luck!
