A mother of a newborn would wish she has more than 24 hours each day.  OMG! I’m tired, so tired, even lying down is still tired.  What a dad can help be a better partner?

1. Share the wife workload to care the newborn baby. Would it be great if
    the husband can ..

  • help to boil the milk and clean the baby bottle
  • help to change baby diaper and clean the baby poop
  • help to bathe the baby
  • help to look after the baby so that the wife has time to hang out with friends
  • Spare the time for family
  • Share the night time feeding
Many people may think new mums are relaxing all day while looking after their children is somewhat not so much a difficult job.  I've read an article for a Japanese mom who has a 4 months old and 2 years old.  She shared her routine for a day which can tell the overwhelm workload in details.

                                 playing.

2.    Don't forget to surprise your wife with fun
You’re so sweet to find ways to surprise your wife so as to remind her how important she is.  While someone said that adding laughter multiply by love is equal to happiness.  Let's see this funny video of these new dads dancing which must be impressive to their wives.
3.  If you love your child, love your wife first
When you return home from work, you will greet your wife or your child first? You greet your wife first is important. This is because you can show to your child that you love your wife so much and your relationship with her is highest priority, so that avoid your child to become self centered and offer more security to the child. If you love your child, love your wife first.
