Ingredients: Fresh eggs and bread

Recipe:

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks in 2 different bowls
2. Beating the eggs white until fluffy and stiff (cloud-like)
3. Spread the mixture on the bread and leave a hole in the middle for the yolk
4. Add the yolk in the middle of the “cloud”.
5. cook them in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for five minutes
6. Ready to serve the cloud eggs toast
