Not That Simple About Water

While some people use water to describe women to metaphor the feminine nature of flexibility, tenderness, and mild, Eleanor Roosevelt would like to describe a woman as teabag because "we don’t know our true strength until we are in hot water".   The woman is not that simple, but the simplest health tip ever is water.

  1. Filter water or bottle water is fine as long as it is clean.
  2. Drinking a cup of warm water in the early morning between 5 am to 7 am before breakfast.
  3. Women should avoid drinking ice water. The ice water affects the intestine tract movement to slow down, easier to get fat and may cause the menstruation pain as well.
  4. The brain loves sugar, 85% of the energy comes from sugar.  Have you ever wonder when you are stressful you are tempted to eat something sweet?  When you are dehydrated, the brain would order the body to get more sugar.  The body absorbs too much sugar would cause the health issue such as diabetes.
  5. Mineral water and distilled water are the twins but don't confuse with each other.  Distilled water involves a distillation process for water purification and works to neutralizing any harmful bacteria or substances. It tends to come cleaner but remove the healthy minerals at the same time. The mineral water contains various minerals which happen to be healthier to drink as if intake the vitamin supplements.  The production process and labeling should comply with the required strict standard. Also, the water source should come from the same single natural spring and bottled at the source.
  6. Advertisers try to convince the world that water is boring, drink tea or coffee instead.  Even though tea is not as strong as coffee, tea can’t replace water. If you want to add natural flavor to the water, consider to homemade the lemon water as following steps:

  1. Clean the lemon and don’t peel it.
  2. Store in the fridge for 2 hours
  3. Chop the lemons in slices.
  4. Put the lemon slices into a jar
  5. Pour some honey and cold water into the jar.
  6. Close the jar with cover and put it in the fridge
  7. Put these cold lemon slices in warm water when you are ready to drink.
