Mind Your Words

Researchers had proved that 0~6 years old children would absorb all the information into their mind without filtering.  What your child heard from you get soaked into his mind like water into the sponge which will result in shaping their blueprints of beliefs in their whole life. If you always say “no” to your child, he or she would imprint subconscious beliefs that:

I’m not worthy.
I’m not good enough,
I’m not smart enough.
It’s selfish for me to want more. I should be happy with what I have. I don’t deserve it.
I can’t get what I want. Even if I try, I will fail.
I’ve already tried everything and nothing has worked.
Nothing ever works out for me.
I’m going to humiliate, shamed or look ridiculed

Motherhood life is an endless loop of sleepless nights and tons of stress. Your mental strings are pulled tight as a violin. Don’t be angry or disruptive to your kids merely because you can be. Words carry weight.  Just like the toothpaste, you can’t take back the words once the words leave your mouth. Mind your words carefully. What you say and what the child hears may not the same thing.  Don’t let a single day go by without telling the child (via power of positivity):

I know you can do this
I believe in you
I trust you
You are special
I’m proud of you
You make me happy
I like it when you do such good thing
I’m grateful for you
I love you
When you……., I like it
You are doing great
You are a good child because…..
You’re amazing
Oh!  When you………., this show you had grown up
Do you know that you can’t do that in one year before and now you can?
You do it by yourself! Good job.

1. Coffee. Prolong My Working Hours in a Day

Coffee helps many people fuel up their days. However, over-drinking may increase the risk of iron deficiency for women.
Bad coffee is bitter, sour, burnt, and astringent.
Good coffee is sweet, fruity, chocolaty, smooth, and light-bodied.
Good coffee is like a gorgeous woman ~ hot and good taste.
Do you know that making the D.I.Y. flat white with latte art without using an espresso machine is easy?
Steps:
  1. Pour fresh milk into a large bowl,
  2. Stirring the milk with whisk until it becomes foam.
  3. Add the foam into the espresso.

2. Lemon Ginger Water. Help to Weight Loss

We should avoid consuming too many artificial beverages because they can hurt our health. Why do lemon juices have artificial flavors while dishwashing liquids have real lemons? Let's prepare a natural and flavorful alternative by making some lemon ginger water.
Ingredients:  Lemon, ginger, raw honey
Steps:
  1. Clean the lemon and don’t peel the whole lemon.
  2. Chop the lemons in slices.
  3. Chop the ginger into slices

  8. Wait for 10 minutes
  9. Ready to drink

3. Fruits & Green Juice. Natural Flavor Drink

Eating fruit every day can make you feel good. It's an easy, cheap, and low-preparation snack to keep in your house. If you're looking for a way to consume nutrients without eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, try drinking green juice. I often make natural green juice at home for the kids as a healthy substitute for higher-calorie beverages.
Ingredients: Oranges, lemon, apple, spinach, leaf kale
Steps:
  1. Peeled the oranges
  2. Peeled the lemons
  3. 1 green apple, quartered
  4. 1 cup baby spinach
  5. 1 leaf kale
  6. Place all ingredients in a juicer.

4. Rose Petal Milk. Get a Good Night Sleep

What is the one thing to do if you want to stay young and fuel up with energy? The answer is to get a good night's sleep. You may feel sluggish due to poor sleep quality. Drinking rose milk tea can help you get a good sleep.
Ingredients: roses, milk, dry grapes
Steps:
  1. Add the roses and dry grapes into a pot of boiling water

5. Fresh Fruits Oatmeal Yogurt. Healthy Breakfast

Nutrient experts advise us to eat a good source of protein in the morning—like low-fat milk, Greek yogurt, or soy milk. Fresh fruits and oatmeal yogurt helps to keep you full and satisfied.

soy milk or almond milk
Steps:
1. Pour all ingredients into the blenders stirring for 1 minute.
2. Use either milk or water is fine.
