When is your next vocation? Enjoying the wonderful and exotic experience during vocation is awesome. What’s more, it’s a wonderful thing to expect coming date of the vacation which can energize you to work harder and happier. Well, yes, vacation is happy experience. Traveling with toddler can be a bit somewhat like taking wild goat on holiday and involve more than making toilet stops. Of course there will be some inconvenience when traveling with kids but happy kids mean happy parents. Relax and have a nice trip.

1. Packing

As I’m a frequent business traveler, I don’t think packing checklist is an issue while women are pros at squeezing things into little places. But taking kids or toddlers for family vocation is different story, your own needs and preferences have nothing to do with packing and I can’t understand why a man can do the packing so fast.

2. Crying baby in air travel

Hello, meet your seatmate in your next 10 hours on the plane…
What should you do if your child cries during the flight? While someone suggests parent to prepare extra candies, toys and comfort objects in order to keep the child happy and occupied. This may not always work but try to ignore the glares and rude comments from the “unfriendly” passengers anyway.

3. Never under-estimate what a child's ability to get into more trouble

4. Beware for the dirtiest place on the plane

Multiple choices question: What is the dirtiest place in the plane?
(a) toilet
(b) tray table
(c) seat pocket

Travelmath.com had studied to find out instead of the toilet, the tray tables are the dirtiest place in the plane. Tray tables just randomly clean after landing. Sometimes you may find juice stain on the table. When next time the cabin crew gives you the wet wipe, you’re better to use it cleaning the tray table rather than to clean your hands.

A mother of a newborn would wish she has more than 24 hours each day.  OMG! I’m tired, so tired, even lying down is still tired.  What a dad can help be a better partner?

1. Share the wife workload to care the newborn baby. Would it be great if
    the husband can ..

  • help to boil the milk and clean the baby bottle
  • help to change baby diaper and clean the baby poop
  • help to bathe the baby
  • help to look after the baby so that the wife has time to hang out with friends
  • Spare the time for family
  • Share the night time feeding
Many people may think new mums are relaxing all day while looking after their children is somewhat not so much a difficult job.  I've read an article for a Japanese mom who has a 4 months old and 2 years old.  She shared her routine for a day which can tell the overwhelm workload in details.
4:30                        Feeding milk
6:00                       Feeding milk again
7:00                       Get up to cook for breakfast
8:00                       Feeding elder son breakfast and help him to
                                get dressed
9:00                       Do the laundry, home cleaning and feeding milk to baby.
10:00                      Packing things for outing, dish washing.
11:00                       Outing to the park, feeding milk to baby. Urge the child to go
at the time back home as he still wants to stay keep on
                                 playing.
12:00                      Cooking lunch, feeding milk.
13:00                      Reading story to the elder son, comforting him to sleep,
                                 feeding milk on baby
15:00                      Prepare dinner ingredients, tidy up toys, nap for 20 minutes,
                                 feeding milk
16:00                      To prepare dinner, feeding milk
17:00 ~19:00        Preparing for baby bath (fix the baby bathtub), bathing the
                                 two sons
19:00                      Cooking and feeding dinner, tidy up the table, helping
the child to brush the teeth, clean the ears.
20:00                     Dishes washing, playing with the 2 years old and feeding
                                 baby
21:00                      Comforting the elder son to sleep, feeding milk to baby, eat
                                 the dinner, take a shower
22:00                     Daddy come back home and prepare dinner for him
23:00                     Watch TV and tidy up the toys
24:00                     Feeding milk

What a busy day! Mommy is the first one to get up and the last one to go to bed.

2.    Don't forget to surprise your wife with fun
You’re so sweet to find ways to surprise your wife so as to remind her how important she is.  While someone said that adding laughter multiply by love is equal to happiness.  Let's see this funny video of these new dads dancing which must be impressive to their wives.
3.  If you love your child, love your wife first
When you return home from work, you will greet your wife or your child first? You greet your wife first is important. This is because you can show to your child that you love your wife so much and your relationship with her is highest priority, so that avoid your child to become self centered and offer more security to the child. If you love your child, love your wife first.

I like taking kids to travel. Watching children playing around and they are having so much fun. What’s more, traveling can enrich the child experience and knowledge, never stop learning and adapting, be open to new things and ideas.  The kids bring the smartphone for selfie is fine but remind keep a pen and paper handy so that they will be able to write down their thoughts. They may revisit the same place in other time, the landscape and scenery may be the same, but the feeling is different. Where is your next vocation destination for family fun?

Skagen, Denmark

Skagen is Denmark’s northernmost town and is a beautiful place to visit. It’s a beautiful seaside village while the North and Baltic Sea meet. What's more, it is a fun experience to visit teddy bear museum for children. Thanks to its special geographic location and beautiful seascape attracting many people want to visit there which contribute to the thriving tourist industry.  Numerous surveys have consistently shown the Danish people are among the most happy in the world. Why are the Danes the happiness? Some people say that it is because the Danes attribute to appreciating simple things in life. Yes, simple thing is beautiful. Lego originated in Denmark. They are simple construction plastic brick toy which conquer the child world for more than 50 years.

Smurf Hotel

The color of blue associated with sea and sky, embrace with feeling of openness, compassionate and caring.  I enjoy the terrific feeling of openness from sea and sky.  But for the children, they may co-relate the blue color with smurf family! And this place may impressive to them – Hotel Bandolero in Juzcar, Spain.

Big Island, Hawaii

It’s great to enjoy family fun in Hilton-Waikoloa-village, the Big Island, Hawaii. Enjoy the view of ocean, sunset every day and night, spa for relaxation, watch the dolphins playing and dancing.

Ghibli Museum

Go to catch the “cat bus” to get to Ghibli Museum.  Totora is waiting at the entrance of Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, Tokyo. What you can expect in there? Ghibli characters, plants, flowers and animals are the handcrafts decorated on the window and lamp. Take a break to watch a short animated film of cartoon directed by Miyazaki Hayao. And the five meter tall Robot Solder (from "Laputa Castle in the Sky") is standing in the grassy rooftop garden for his guardian job.
Let's explore beautiful places to visit
