1. Coffee. Prolong My Working Hours in a Day

People said that coffee helps to prolong our working hours in a day.  Over-drink may have the risk for iron deficiency for women. But when you sip a cup of coffee, relax, it stimulates your energy and brings the feeling that everything is ok.  Bad coffee is bitter, sour, burnt, and astringent. Good coffee is sweet, fruity, chocolaty, smooth, and light bodied. I like my coffee like a gorgeous woman ~ hot and good taste.  Make the D.I.Y. Flat white with latte art without using an espresso machine is easy.
Steps:
  1. Pour fresh milk into a large bowl,
  2. Stirring the milk with whisk until it becomes foam.
  3. Add the foam into the espresso.

  9. Ready to drink

It’s easy, it’s cheap, and it requires no preparation time.   Drinking green juice is an easy way to consume nutrients without having to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Very often, I would homemade the natural green juice for the kid to substitute the higher calorie beverages.
Ingredients: Oranges, lemon, apple, spinach, leaf kale
Steps:
  1. Peeled the oranges

I love all of these ideas and love how you broke them down in an easy-to-follow-format. The rose petal milk sounds interesting, but I don't know that I'm brave enough to try it :)

Hi April,

Great to know you like the idea. I learn to make the rose milk from my Asian friend. She told me rose and milk are good for having a good night sleep
