Find The Best Food When Traveling.  Travelers Love Food, Aromas, and Good Taste

Why do people like to travel? Travelling allows you to explore exotic cultures and make new friends. Yeah, make new friends. What is the topic to talk about with new friends? Food topics almost always can arouse interest for most people. It may be our innate need to satisfy curiosity, demand for something better, and a zest for life.

Kaiseki in Kyoto

It is a traditional multi-course dinner combining delicious taste, elegant tableware, with artistic food culture. The food uses the best of the seasonal ingredients apply with versatile special skills for making raw and cooked food; fried and deep-fried; barbequed and boiled. Each course is delicate, small, and high quality. The chef arranges the food being display like an aesthetic picture. Kaiseki is not only the food to eat, more like a piece of art.
Discover more in Japan.  Let's go...

A Chunk of Cheese

Kraft cheese is not good enough to satisfy your picky tongue? Try the British Cheddar cheese. Either fruity or nutty tastes are great. PARMIGIANO-REGGIANO cheese from Italy or Beaufort cheese from France are delicious indeed. Camembert is raw milk cheese that originated from Normandy. The fresh-made camembert cheese is rich in milky and sweet taste. If you feel like the blue cheese is not your taste, Stilton is one of the best. Have you ever heard about CASU MARZU cheese? It's rotten cheese that allows flies to lay eggs inside of it. The maggots are still moving when you are eating the cheese!

Obsessed with Ice Cream

Ice-cream lovers would love Hokkaido farm-fresh soft serve ice cream. The ice-cream is farm fresh with pure cream, milkier in flavor, with a smoother texture. The taste is relatively mild.  I was impressed with Gelato when I traveled to Italy. . If you asked a local Italian where to buy the ice-cream, he would say: “what is ice-cream? We get Gelato only!” Gelato is soft, dense, slow-to-melt milky texture. You get a wide range of flavors to choose from, including tiramisu, limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy), bailey plus whisky, mixed with your favoring mouth-watering fresh fruits toppings. Vivoli (in Florence) had the best Gelato that I ever know, especially the one made from Italian RISO (rice), rich in rice flavor taste with fine texture.

Whisky Tour

Drinking is acceptable at all times for Londoners. You might meet a work drunk guy who is half-drunk and half-awaken walking along Thames River without caring about today is in which year?! I felt impressed to visit Scotland distilleries single malt whisky tour. The Macallan 30-Year Old single malt whisky mellowed in Sherry Oat cask is an excellent type to obtain 95 marks from ex-Michael Jackson (he was an expert on spirits, the same name with that “king of pop”). If you love whisky, perhaps you would like to drink beer also. Pour with white beer of Harvest Sun or dark beer of Midnight Sun is impressive to your taste buds. Innis & Gunn beer is remarkable from the aromas of vanilla and toffee, hints of citrus with lightly oaked.
Never short of amazing with England tour.  Let's go..

Cold Cut Starter

I like to eat the Italian PARMA ham (prosciutto Crudo) as a starter with slices of sweet melons. Parma is the same region famous for Parmesan cheese. Is there any association between the ham and the cheese? The people feed the pigs on cheese remains which caused the pigs to become fatter and tastier. When you visit Parma, never leave the town without eating a piece of Culatello. The taste is so great that people label it as being king of cured meat. The cut used to make it is only a small section from the pig's rear leg, with the skin and bone removed. The production process is complicated that requires drying the meat for 12 months in the 500 years old humid cave.
Anyway, if you ask me what is the best food in the world? Mom's food is the best for sure.
